Position Summary: Responsible for organizing, managing, and supervising the development of real estate projects, ensuring achievement of objectives and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and supervise real estate projects from budgeting to handover. 2. Ensure quality and adherence to timelines during construction execution. 3. Coordinate and lead the construction team and collaborate with designers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for organizing, managing, and supervising the development of real estate projects from the budgeting stage through completion and handover, ensuring execution of scheduled activities, project objectives, and established deadlines. **FUNCTIONS:** * Prepare the budget, work plan, and construction schedule. * Supervise and control construction execution, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. * Coordinate procurement and supply of materials with warehouse and logistics departments. * Supervise and manage construction personnel, including staff and workers. * Prepare periodic reports on physical and financial progress of the project. * Organize and submit the quality dossier upon project completion. * Maintain ongoing coordination with architects and design engineers to ensure proper project execution. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed Civil Engineer, registered with the professional association and authorized to practice. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Resident Construction Engineer in real estate or multifamily building projects. * Experience in pavement works and deep excavations for basements. * Knowledge of the National Building Regulation (RNE) and construction sector regulations. * Proficiency in quantity surveying, valuation, scheduling, cost control, and the S10 system. * Leadership and coordination skills with designers, supervisors, and suppliers. * Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
