Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, directing, and supervising real estate project development from budgeting to handover, ensuring achievement of objectives and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Project development with a focus on quality and compliance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for organizing, directing, and supervising real estate project development from the budgeting stage through to completion and handover, ensuring execution of scheduled activities, achievement of project objectives, and adherence to established timelines. **FUNCTIONS:** * Prepare the budget, work plan, and construction execution schedule. * Supervise and control work execution, ensuring quality and timely completion. * Coordinate procurement and supply of materials with warehouse and logistics departments. * Supervise and direct on-site personnel, including staff and laborers. * Prepare periodic reports on physical and financial progress of the project. * Organize and submit the quality dossier upon project completion. * Maintain continuous coordination with architects and design engineers to ensure proper project execution. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Resident Construction Engineer in real estate or multifamily building projects. * Experience in pavement works and deep excavations for basements. * Knowledge of the National Building Regulations (RNE) and construction sector regulations. * Proficiency in quantity surveying, valuation, scheduling, cost control, and S10 system. * Leadership and coordination skills with designers, supervisors, and suppliers. * Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
