Job Summary: Define, propose, and oversee the acquisition and implementation of new technologies in packaging lines to improve processes and meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the integration of new technologies into packaging processes. 2. Identify and select advanced technological equipment. 3. Develop innovative solutions for automation and safety. **Date:** 28 Aug 2026 **Location:** CALLAO, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Define, propose, and supervise the acquisition and commissioning of new technologies to be implemented in new or upgraded packaging lines across various industrial plants, aligning with current business needs as well as future growth opportunities. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- * Identify and select new technological equipment according to the investment plan. * Develop technological solutions to improve existing processes. * Identify automation and safety solutions. * Coordinate equipment manufacturing and testing. * Supervise installation and validate commissioning of acquired new technologies. * Identify business requirements related to capacity expansion. * Efficiently manage and propose formats for use in plants, as well as for future expansions. * Manage and implement integrated solutions with E&A and Safety departments. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- * University Degree: Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering * Additional Training: Industrial Automation courses / Preventive and Corrective Maintenance courses * Languages: Advanced Technical English * Software Skills: MS Office and automation software * 5 years of experience as an Industrial Field Engineer or Automation Engineer
