




Job Summary: A professional with experience leading administration, procurement, and budgeting areas, responsible for supervising logistics operations and managing teams. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures proper procurement of goods and services. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration, Management, Law, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Completed Master’s studies in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Project Management, Administration, Management, or related specialties. Basic-level OSCE certification. Desirable: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Project Management, Administration, Management, or related specialties. At least five (5) years of overall work experience since graduation. Minimum three (3) years of experience in the same or equivalent position leading departments with similar characteristics or responsibilities in public or private companies. Minimum two (2) years of experience working in the public sector or related activities. Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate-level English. Desirable: Knowledge of administrative systems for procurement and budgeting, such as SIAF and SEACE; knowledge of the Annual Procurement Plan (PAC). Willingness to work in Callao. **FUNCTIONS:** Ensure compliance with the Organization and Functions Manual (MOF) of the Administration Department. Organize and supervise the activities of subordinates, evaluate their performance, and propose improvement actions for the fulfillment of their duties—aligned with the Company’s policies, regulations, and procedures. Request necessary resources for the effective operation of the department within the approved budget limits, overseeing their rational use. Evaluate adherence to deadlines, achievement of objectives, improvement of management indicators, and other aspects related to assigned projects and responsibilities. Develop and participate in the implementation of the Operational Plan and the Company’s Annual Procurement Plan. Develop, lead, supervise, and approve market research studies to determine the reference value or estimated value for selection procedures, as applicable. Draft, verify, and approve draft contracts established by the Company with suppliers of goods, services, and construction works. Monitor the Company’s Annual Procurement Plan. Ensure proper procurement of goods, services, and construction works according to the approved procurement file. Evaluate, propose, and implement recommendations from control bodies.
