Support teams in adopting AI Coding and best practices **Technical Lead – AI Coding \& Agent Governance** * San Isidro \| Hybrid work model * Permanent employment contract * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. We are looking for a highly technical and strategic Technical Lead focused on governing and standardizing AI Coding solutions within enterprise environments. We seek a candidate with solid experience in software development, architecture, and adoption of AI tools for development—capable of leading initiatives related to agents, skills, instructions, plugins, and engineering process automation. Role Objective: Lead the design, standardization, and governance of agent-based development artifacts, ensuring technical quality, reusability, security, maintainability, and alignment with the organization’s software development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** * Design guidelines and standards for building agents, skills, instructions, and plugins. * Evaluate artifacts developed by teams to ensure quality, scalability, and reusability. * Define technical criteria for when to use agents, skills, or instructions. * Manage technical governance of artifacts: cataloging, versioning, ownership, approval, and deprecation. * Support development teams in adopting AI Coding and best practices. * Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for security, compliance, and traceability. * Prevent duplication of agents and non-scalable implementation patterns. * Participate in multi-agent architecture and controlled orchestration initiatives. ***Essential Requirements*** * Solid experience in software development and architecture. * Knowledge of backend, frontend, APIs, testing, and CI/CD. * Practical experience with AI Coding tools: * GitHub Copilot * Copilot Studio * Agents / AI Assistants * Development automation * Experience in technical governance and definition of standards. * Ability to assess the technical and organizational impact of AI agents. * Experience in enterprise and regulated environments. * Knowledge of security, compliance, and traceability in AI-based solutions.
