Job Summary: We are seeking a Temporary Project Coordinator to initiate, plan, execute, and control projects with clients, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders. Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Temporary Project Coordinator: * Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects with Clients (internal and/or external) assigned to you, following the appropriate service flow for each need and adhering to Entel's Project Management Methodology processes and procedures. * Manage project stakeholders and lead assigned multidisciplinary teams, maintaining optimal communication and mutual understanding with each stakeholder. * Interface with Clients (internal and/or external), suppliers, management teams, and company support units to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and service quality. * Manage projects using soft skills to ensure scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements are met, thereby achieving the company's defined objectives. * Propose alternative solutions and contingency/mitigation plans for project-related risks, considering all relevant variables. * Report project budget provisions to meet Management Control requirements. * Report KPIs for assigned projects' performance indicators to Management. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications implementation projects. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
