Job Summary: We are seeking professionals to support construction supervision, progress control, report preparation, and coordination for a mixed-use building project. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in construction supervision and control. 2. Collaboration in quantity surveying, valuation, and material management. 3. Active coordination with teams and suppliers. Requirements: * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or graduate student in: * Architecture * Civil Engineering * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** on-site (preferred). * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD, Revit (mandatory) * MS Project (preferred) * Excel (intermediate level) * Knowledge of: * Reading construction drawings * Quantity surveying and valuation * Construction control * **Residence in Juliaca** (mandatory). * Availability for **100% on-site work**. Responsibilities: * Support in **construction supervision**. * Physical progress monitoring of the project. * Preparation of daily and weekly reports. * Support in quantity surveying, valuation, and material control. * Coordination with site managers, specialists, and suppliers. * Verification of compliance with drawings and technical specifications.
