Job Summary: We are seeking a Foreman to lead and supervise drilling and blasting operations on highways, coordinating with the technical department and managing personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage labor personnel and report production Corporación Grupo Sur del Peru is seeking a FOREMAN for DRILLING AND BLASTING operations on highways. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Responsible for labor personnel. \- Monitor work execution. \- Organize and supervise drilling and blasting activities. \- Coordinate with the technical department regarding planned activities. \- Report daily production. \- Direct and control, in coordination with the Resident Engineer, the execution of drilling and blasting works. \- Implement any measures required due to emergencies. \- Control the entry and exit of explosives and accessories, reporting to the Resident Engineer. REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical degree in mining operations (preferred) \- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman in construction and/or similar highway projects, in private or public sector companies \- Availability to work under a 21x7 schedule on highways \- Must reside in Arequipa, Puno, Moquegua or Tacna (mandatory) Salary: S/. 3800\.00 Payroll from day one Job Type: Full-time, Contract-based Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: Starting from S/.3,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of blasting experience do you have?
