At Reditus, we are looking for a **Payroll Assistant** to join our team and provide support in payroll management and execution. Requirements * Technical or university graduate in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in payroll preparation. * Knowledge of labor regimes: microenterprise, small enterprise, and general regime. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (desirable). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * High level of responsibility, organization, and confidentiality. Main Responsibilities * Preparation and processing of payroll. * Review of attendance records, overtime hours, and labor benefits. * Calculation of social benefits. * Registration and updating of employee information. * AFP and PLAME declarations.
