Playtech Lima represents the Playtech Live product, and our studios house hundreds of state-of-the-art cameras, broadcasting in premium HD quality, delivering the fastest streaming and highest uptime in the market. **Job Description** ------------------- We are currently seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst who will be responsible for: * Analyzing workforce data and scheduling distribution. * Proposing new methods for workforce allocation and management. * Reporting key management, performance, and workforce optimization indicators. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Education: Technical or University degree. * Experience in personnel management. * Experience presenting reports to management using dashboards. * Advanced English proficiency (ability to hold fluent conversations in English). * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Power BI knowledge. * Ability to make quick decisions in diverse situations. * Ability to learn rapidly and work independently. * Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy. **Additional Information** -------------------------- * Work location: Magdalena and/or Miraflores. * Working hours: Mon\-Fri / 9 am to 6 pm. * Market-competitive salary. * Permanent employment contract under Peru's General Labor Regime (full statutory benefits from day one). * Long-term contract. * Growth opportunities
