Job Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Worker for Inversiones P&P RETAIL SAC to ensure excellence in warehouse management and logistics operations, delivering the best experience to customers and their pets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and keep the warehouse area in optimal cleanliness conditions. 2. Assist in the receipt, dispatch, and inventory of merchandise. 3. Provide support in various operational activities within the warehouse. Therefore, we are seeking exceptional talent to fill the following vacancy: **WAREHOUSE WORKER - FULL TIME** **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education or incomplete technical studies * Minimum 3 months of experience performing the required duties * Experience in picking and packing * Handling of waybills * Residency in nearby districts (San Miguel \- Jesús María \- Magdalena \- Pueblo Libre) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain and keep the entire warehouse area in optimal cleanliness conditions. * Weigh and package bulk products. * Assist in the receipt and dispatch of merchandise by inspecting items (packaging condition and expiration dates). * Assist in conducting inventories. * Verify that merchandise selected for picking and delivery is correct. * Accompany daily transportation of merchandise to stores. * Restock merchandise at stores. * Inspect merchandise jointly with the store supervisor. * Clean Warehouse 1, Warehouse 2, pharmacy, and bulk areas. * Provide support across various operational activities within the warehouse department. **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll registration from Day 1 * Base salary: S/. 1130 * MYPE payroll plan (SIS \+ 15 days of vacation) * Bonus in July and December * Excellent team environment * Continuous learning opportunities * Corporate discounts * Partnerships with Cineplanet **SCHEDULE** * Monday through Sunday (rotating days off) * 8-hour shifts (48 hours per week) * Shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. * On-site work in Magdalena del Mar If you lack experience but possess strong motivation to join our team, don’t hesitate — send your CV to 977811910!
