Position Summary: We are seeking a Geographic Engineering or Geography professional to develop infrastructure projects, manage real estate assets, and apply geospatial knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. Among our main services are building removals and demolitions, land and/or easement permits, title studies, rural and urban cadastral surveys, commercial valuation, topography, physical-legal regularization of properties, on-site construction support, and community relations. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Geographic Engineering or Geography (Mandatory). * Experience in infrastructure project development; knowledge of electrical transmission line projects (Desirable). * Experience in Rural/Urban Cadastral Surveying and Property Regularization (Desirable). * Proficiency in georeferencing/GPS tools, coordinates, and maps. * Basic ability to read blueprints and maps. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD, ARCGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth (Mandatory). * Ability to complete forms and collect field information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Project — Intermediate level). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** * Professional Internship Agreement. * Rímac Private Health Insurance. * Benefits as stipulated by law.
