Position Summary: We are seeking a Geographic Engineering or Geography professional to develop infrastructure projects, manage real estate assets, and apply geospatial knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of geospatial tools (AUTOCAD, ARCGIS, QGIS) We are a company with extensive experience in Real Estate Management for large-scale national infrastructure projects. Our professionals have participated in the development of major projects across the energy, transportation, and mining sectors, enabling us to deliver services with high performance in terms of quality and timelines required by our clients. Among our main services are building removals and demolitions, land and/or easement permits, title studies, rural and urban cadastral surveys, commercial valuation, topography, physical-legal regularization of properties, on-site construction support, and community relations. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Geographic Engineering or Geography (Mandatory). * Experience in infrastructure project development; knowledge of electrical transmission line projects (Desirable). * Experience in Rural/Urban Cadastral Surveying and Property Regularization (Desirable). * Proficiency in georeferencing/GPS tools, coordinates, and maps. * Basic ability to read blueprints and maps. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD, ARCGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth (Mandatory). * Ability to complete forms and collect field information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Project — Intermediate level). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **We Offer:** * Professional Internship Agreement. * Rímac Private Health Insurance. * Benefits as stipulated by law.
