We are looking for a: **Quality Inspector** **What do you need?** \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Technical degree related to quality management. \- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and safety audits (desirable). \- Minimum 1 year of experience in inspection, production, or quality roles (mandatory). \- Experience in advertising and printing production companies (desirable). \- Basic Excel proficiency. **What will you do?** \- Inspect production quality at various stages (printing, sublimation, die-cutting, and finished products). \- Verify that jobs comply with approved artwork, technical specifications, and customer requirements. \- Validate materials, supplies, and approved samples in coordination with Commercial and Operations departments. \- Identify, report, and substantiate observations, non-conformities, and rejections during the production process. \- Record findings, prepare quality reports, and track indicators for continuous improvement. \- Coordinate and drive corrective and preventive actions together with production teams. \- Support the development of quality protocols and implementation of ISO 9001 standards. \- Train and guide operational staff on quality standards and best practices. \- Comply with internal policies, regulations, and guidelines regarding safety, health, and confidentiality. **How do we work?** \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm \- Location: Cercado de Lima (near Coliseo Amauta) \- Employment regime: MYPE \- Payment: Biweekly **What we offer** \- Formal payroll from day one \- Career path opportunity \- Flexible start time \- Dynamic work environment Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * Which district do you live in? * Are you available to work in Cercado de Lima? * Do you agree with the MYPE regime?
