Position Objective: Responsible for analysis from a fraud identification and quality improvement perspective of the claims process Responsibilities: * Sample and randomly evaluate claims handled by analysts. * Prepare recommendation reports and proposals for improving the claims handling process. * Responsible for closing action plans related to incidents and for managing risks associated with the fraud prevention process. * Support handling of claims submitted by the Legal and Customer Service departments. Coordinate with each portfolio manager to ensure checklist compliance and respond to the Legal department within stipulated timeframes. * Support generation of SBS (SUCAVE) reports produced by the Insurance Claims department. * Support generation of reports required by each parent company or any regulatory authority. * Support month-end financial closing. * Support internal and external audits. * Perform other duties inherent to the role as assigned by the immediate supervisor or the company. * Mitigate operational risks, log incidents, and track resolution of cases associated with suspected fraud. * Responsible for proper management of procedures, policies, and manuals directly affecting activities performed within the department. Requirements: * University degree in Business Administration or related field * Experience in insurance companies within claims departments * Proficiency in Power BI
