Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to manage a store comprehensively, including operations, budgeting, suppliers, and customer experience, with supervision of support staff. Budget management and negotiation capabilities **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive store management: operations, maintenance, and compliance with standards * Management of operational budget and cost control * Coordination with external suppliers and contract monitoring * Customer service, follow-up, and retention * Coordination of events and activations at the location * Preparation of periodic management reports * Supervision of support staff (security, cleaning, and other services) **Required Profile** * Experience in managing commercial or real estate spaces * Budget management and supplier negotiation skills * Customer experience and post\-sales follow-up orientation * Canva or other visual communication tools (desirable) * Proactive, organized, and capable of resolving low- to medium-impact issues independently. \*In addition to the fixed amount, a commission based on sales is provided, with no cap.
