Ongoing training **Requirements** * Technical and/or university studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch, distribution, transportation, or logistics functions. * Valid driver's license (desirable). * Knowledge of waybill handling and transportation documentation. * Familiarity with routes in Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. **Responsibilities** * Execute transportation and dispatch of medical devices and biological implants according to company requirements. * Daily verification of the vehicle's operational status using the pre-use checklist. * Confirm that the vehicle carries all required documentation and safety equipment. * Perform deliveries and pickups, ensuring punctuality, service quality, and safety. * Verify that cargo documentation is complete and compliant before each transfer. * Report incidents, vehicle malfunctions, or any situation affecting operations. * Adhere to established dispatch schedules and company procedures. * Provide support in logistics activities and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Professional development opportunity. * Excellent work environment.
