Job Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our platform, directly impacting logistics across Peru. Key Highlights: 1. Development of SaaS solutions for freight transportation management. 2. Leading platform development, maintenance, and scalability. 3. We develop SaaS solutions that transform freight transportation management, connecting technology with the real-world operations of **Crisar Logística**. We are in a growth phase and seek a developer who wants to see their code directly impact routes across all of Peru. **Job Mission** Lead the development, maintenance, and scalability of our platform, ensuring a robust Laravel-based backend architecture and an agile, functional frontend interface for our users. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * **Backend Development:** Build and optimize features using PHP 8\+ and Laravel. * **Frontend Development:** Create modern, responsive interfaces (Blade, Vue.js or React). * **API Management:** Design and integrate RESTful APIs for connectivity with external systems and GPS devices. * **Databases:** Optimize queries and structures in MySQL/PostgreSQL. * **Code Quality:** Apply Clean Code principles and conduct testing to ensure system stability. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with the PMO and operations team to translate business needs into efficient software. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as a Full Stack Developer working within the **Laravel** ecosystem. * **Technical Proficiency:** * PHP 8\.x and Laravel (Expert level). * Modern JavaScript and frameworks (Vue.js, React or similar). * Advanced Git / GitHub usage. * Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. * **Databases:** Solid experience in designing and optimizing relational database systems. * **Skills:** Analytical ability, capacity to solve complex problems, and passion for clean software architecture. * **Residency:** Availability to work **on-site** at our offices in Lima. **What Do We Offer?** * **Comprehensive Payroll:** From day one, including all statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation, social insurance). * **Job Stability:** Employment contract with a solid, forward-looking company. * **Professional Development:** Participation in high-complexity technical projects in the Logtech sector.
