Pleasant working environment. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience leading logistics, transportation, or distribution operations. * Proven experience in fleet management and route planning. * Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze management KPIs. * Knowledge of routing systems, GPS, or TMS. * ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or others) is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise the company-owned and/or third-party vehicle fleet. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles. * Design and optimize delivery and pickup routes. * Ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to established service levels. * Monitor logistics KPIs such as fleet utilization, operational costs, and productivity. * Coordinate dispatch, distribution, and warehouse operations. * Lead, train, and supervise operational staff. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety, transportation, and risk management regulations. **We Offer** * Employment with a growing company. * Professional development opportunities. * Pleasant working environment.
