Job Summary: Transporte Martinez seeks a Transport Assistant to monitor fleet, manage transport KPIs, handle route inquiries, interpret documents, and train distribution personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Transporte Martinez is seeking a **Transport Assistant** to fulfill the following scope: * Real-time fleet monitoring (via GPS platforms) from two distribution centers. * Management of transportation variables and/or KPIs: daily incidents, service success reporting, reverse logistics, daily return records, etc. * Handling route-related inquiries from staff and customers. * Handling and interpretation of transportation service waybills and invoices. * Reporting of route execution forms via established channels. * Frequent training for distribution staff: merchandise delivery processes and document settlement. * Reverse logistics controls (assets used to execute services). * Management of inductions and client-specific protocols for operational staff interactions. * Fieldwork: unannounced route inspections. Requirements: * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables. * Google Sheets proficiency: intermediate-to-advanced level preferred. * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in transportation — optional. * Immediate availability. * Working hours: 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. * Coverage: Rotating weekly days off. * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Optional: Valid driver’s license.
