REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in Hospitality and Tourism Intermediate Excel skills Knowledge of the gastronomy industry RESPONSIBILITIES: Support in inventory control and counting Recording and updating of costs and recipes Support in controlling shrinkage and waste Preparation of basic cost reports Support in implementing restaurant process manuals BENEFITS: Market-competitive salary.
