Minimize conflicts and maximize benefits **CONTRACTUAL ADMINISTRATION ANALYST** ========================================== Company: CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) Location: Projects Our company **CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) (P030\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **CONTRACTUAL ADMINISTRATION ANALYST** **Job Objective** ----------------------- Provide support in implementing contractual management tools across projects to ensure that Cosapi, its clients, and subcontractors diligently fulfill their contractual obligations. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Develop, update, and assist in implementing procedures, templates, control charts, and methodologies across projects to ensure proper and timely compliance with contractual provisions, minimizing conflicts and maximizing benefits and satisfaction for all involved parties. * Audit compliance with the project management plan regarding contractual administration to assess deviations and identify improvement opportunities. * Provide support for the proper use of contractual administration tools and maintain up-to-date records of their implementation status, aiming to maximize the likelihood of proper and timely fulfillment of contractual requirements by all involved parties. * Supervise and participate in the reassignment of contractual administration personnel across projects to promptly fill required positions. * Other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor's or graduate degree in Engineering or Law. * Two years of experience as a Contractual Analyst, Technical Office Engineer, Cost Engineer, or Planning Engineer in electromechanical and/or mining construction projects. * PMP and Risk Management Professional (RMP) certifications. * Diploma in Construction Law. * Preferably reside in the southern region of the country or be available to work under a 21x7 schedule in Arequipa.
