Personal Data Protection Analyst responsible for comprehensive data management, including inventory, policies, rights handling, and impact assessments.

At the multinational company IBT GROUP, we are currently seeking **01** **Personal Data Protection Analyst**, and therefore invite all qualified professionals to apply.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree or professional title in Systems/Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
* Specialization in personal data protection (desirable).
* Knowledge of Law No. 29733 (its regulations and related standards); processing of sensitive health data; handling of data subject rights; breach management; preparation of Risk Assessment Templates (RAT) (mandatory).
* Knowledge of ISO 27001; basic concepts of information security coordination; AI regulations applicable to healthcare; use of AI tools (desirable).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Establish and maintain the inventory of personal data databases, the record of processing activities, and the mapping of information flows.
* Draft policies, procedures, privacy notices, and consent clauses for personal data processing.
* Participate in the process of handling data subject rights (ARCO) within legal deadlines.
* Prepare compliance gap analyses and prioritization plans for the Personal Data Officer.
* Draft personal data protection clauses for contracts with data processors, suppliers, and data transfers.
* Assess international transfers of personal data across group operations and their legal safeguards.
* Verify that security measures implemented by the TDD Management fulfill the legal obligation to protect personal data, in coordination with Information Security.
* Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA) for projects involving personal data, including clinical AI.
* Participate in training and awareness activities on personal data protection.
* Prepare personal data protection compliance reports for the Personal Data Officer.
* Collaborate with the Personal Data Officer in coordinating with TDD Management and departments responsible for implementing and managing information security controls.
* Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Salary: S/.3,500.00 \- S/.4,500.00 per month
