Summary: Seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, working closely with business teams from requirements to testing. Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work directly with business teams on dashboard development 2. Focus on translating business needs into technical Power BI solutions 3. Engage in full lifecycle Power BI development including data modeling **PowerBI Developers:** * \+5 years of Power BI Development experience * 100\-125 PBI reports in scope for Support work * Business owned workspaces contain reports developed by Business * Support scope for Business Reports are limited to Platform and Guidance, analysis and minor changes. * IT Owned 100\+ PBI reports need Full Support – minor changes, updates, refresh, questions, guidance etc. * Transition Slides from the deck to be retained for Transition for Operations * Skillset for support resource – Power BI, DAX, Direct Query, Performance and Model, GCP, SQL * **Must: Power BI Premium** * PowerBi developers should have more experience working with Business team – means they should work with business team directly and create multiple dashboards as per requirements. * This includes requirement specifications, design, build and testing activities done in close coordination with business team. * Experience in developing Power BI reports,dashboards,and data models Proficient in Power Query,DAX,and M languages for data transformation and modeling * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop Power BI solutions accordingly. * Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Create and manage data connections and data refresh schedules in Power BI. * PowerBi developers should have more experience working with Business team – means they should work with business team directly and create multiple dashboards as per requirements. * This includes requirement specifications, design, build and testing activities done in close coordination with business team. * Experience in developing Power BI reports,dashboards,and data models Proficient in Power Query,DAX,and M languages for data transformation and modeling * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop Power BI solutions accordingly. * Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Create and manage data connections and data refresh schedules in Power BI. * **Advanced English Communication Skills.**
