




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead operations at a heavy machinery trading company, managing business development, personnel, finance, inventory, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement business plans to drive company growth. 2. Supervise recruitment, training, and staff development. 3. Manage inventory and oversee logistics for shipments and imports. Our client is a heavy machinery trading company. Requirements: * Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Coordinator in mining-sector companies. * Microsoft Office – Advanced level. * Willingness to work in Lurín. * Availability to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM / Saturdays: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Main Responsibilities: * Develop and implement business plans to ensure company growth and sustainability. * Supervise recruitment, training, and staff development. * Supervise billing, collections, and payments to suppliers. * Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment inventory, ensuring necessary maintenance supplies are consistently available. * Organize logistics for equipment shipments and deliveries, coordinating with after-sales teams, suppliers, and customers to meet established deadlines. * Manage the import process.
