




Position Summary: A professional responsible for comprehensive human resources management, covering recruitment, personnel administration, benefits coordination, and workplace climate support. Key Highlights: 1. Manages recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel 2. Administers employment contracts, personnel files, and staff movements 3. Supports workplace climate management and organizational culture Responsibilities: * Execute recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for personnel. * Administer employment contracts, personnel files, and staff movements (hires, terminations, renewals). * Coordinate and verify information for payroll processing and labor benefits. * Manage attendance control, vacations, leaves of absence, and licenses. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations and internal policies. * Support workplace climate, employee well-being, and organizational culture initiatives. * Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations. * Provide support to managers and employees on people management matters. Additional Information: Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM Payroll under the MYPE regime (50% benefits) Salary: Starting at S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
