We need a BARTENDER * Location: Downtown Lima, Av. España 225 * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 9 AM \- 1 AM (48 hours per week), with one rotating day off. * Competitive market-based salary * Meals provided * Formal employment under REMYPE (15 days of vacation after completing one year) * Ongoing training **Main Responsibilities:** * Inspect equipment and products to ensure proper rotation and validity. * Perform production during operations, ensuring optimal service times. * Prepare beverages according to recipes, paying attention to taste, presentation, and consistency. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Conduct daily inventory checks to ensure adequate stock and prevent shortages. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Bartending or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role. * Basic knowledge of computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Availability for rotating shifts.
