Excellent work environment. **We are looking for our next TRAINER!** At Eva Courier, a leading distribution and logistics company specialized in e-commerce, we seek a professional passionate about talent development. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development programs. * Proficiency in training methodologies (instructional design, facilitation, learning evaluation). * Development of soft and technical competencies. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. * Availability to work onsite in the district of San Martín de Porres (Habich). **What will be your main challenges?** * Design, develop, and implement training programs focused on soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership, teamwork, customer service, etc.). * Develop training materials (presentations, guides, activities, assessments) using instructional design methodologies. * Evaluate training effectiveness using learning and performance indicators. * Identify training needs in coordination with area leaders. * Provide coaching and feedback to employees to strengthen their competencies. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **What do we offer?** * Biweekly payments. * Formal payroll registration. * Social benefits under REMYPE (CTS, BONUS, VACATIONS covered at 50%). * Excellent work environment. * Active participation in improvement and innovation projects within a rapidly expanding company.
