We seek a candidate with leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and strong organizational capacity, who can operate effectively in agile environments and make decisions focused on outcomes. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Professional degree in Systems Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading technology projects. * Experience preferred in E\-Commerce, Retail, and Telecommunications sectors. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE**: * Fundamentals of software development (lifecycles, APIs, databases, common frameworks). * Experience working with technical teams (backend, frontend, QA). * Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.). * Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools (Confluence, Google Workspace, Miro). * Knowledge of PMI standards (PMBOK). * Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban. **SOFT SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION**: * Leadership and facilitation skills. * Clear and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making abilities. * Goal-, results-, and customer-value-oriented mindset. * Conflict resolution and ability to manage high-pressure situations. **WORK SCHEDULE**: * Days: Monday to Friday * Hours: 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM * Modality: Hybrid **WE OFFER**: * Formal employment contract * Market-competitive salary * Professional growth opportunities * Health insurance * Family allowance **JOIN TD!** Employment type: Full-time Application question(s): * Do you have experience leading development teams?
