Job Summary: We are seeking a Student Experience Advisor to guide and support students and parents, handle omnichannel inquiries, and ensure optimal service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Our next team member must have: - Technical or university degree (or currently pursuing one) in Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Proficiency in MS Office at the user level. - Knowledge of CRM or contact center platforms. - Experience in customer service roles, preferably in-person. - Knowledge of academic processes (desirable) Your main responsibilities will include: - Receiving students or parents in person to address their inquiries and needs. - Handling omnichannel inquiries: Responding to student inquiries across all channels (in-person, email, digital platforms), ensuring prompt and personalized service. - Tracking requests: Monitoring request status in real time and updating students on progress. - Supporting students facing persistent issues with their procedures and/or inquiries to ensure optimal service delivery. - Accompanying students throughout all their inquiries and doubts to ensure they receive full support. - Strictly complying with occupational health and safety regulations, as well as company policies on prevention of sexual harassment. - Performing all duties within your scope of responsibility and those assigned by your direct supervisor. - Meeting established performance indicators for optimal service and quality. - Reporting cases requiring more thorough and sensitive handling. - Guiding students and parents on institutional regulations applicable to their specific case. - Ensuring all interactions follow the standard service flow defined in departmental protocols.
