Below are the details: Who Are We Looking For? Technical and/or incomplete, ongoing, or completed university studies. 6 months of customer service experience via call center or in-person channels. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. Availability to work on-site or hybrid (must have wired internet connection). Work location: Lima Centro (Approx. Block 6 of Av. Arequipa) What Would Your Responsibilities Be? Provide students with support for correct platform usage. Monitor student connectivity and weekly course activities. Send reminders to students regarding weekly activities. Respond to all student inquiries during scheduled working hours. Guide students on administrative procedures. Conduct orientation calls for new academic period students. Perform related or complementary duties as required by your immediate supervisor. What Would Your Working Hours Be?
