Workflow management and optimization using chatbots, automation, and AI. 2. Website, VPS, domain administration, and basic technical configuration. 3. Technical support, identification of improvements, and integration of digital platforms. • Manage and optimize workflows related to chatbots, automation, and artificial intelligence. • Configure and improve prompts and digital tools aimed at optimizing internal processes. • Perform modifications and basic maintenance on websites built with WordPress and Elementor. • Administer services related to VPS, domains, subdomains, hosting, and basic technical configurations. • Provide technical and operational support to various departments within the company. • Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of web platforms and mobile applications. • Perform basic changes and updates on Shopify-based e-commerce stores. • Query, organize, and manage data in databases. • Identify technological improvement opportunities and propose practical and innovative solutions. • Address incidents, requests, and improvements promptly and efficiently. • Coordinate with the team on the implementation of digital tools and automation. • Support the integration of platforms, systems, and technological tools. • Monitor the proper functioning of virtual platforms and digital resources.-Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 3 years of experience Age: between 23 and 30 years old Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, system
