CERTIFICATIONS: Software Development Database Administration Agile Methodologies – SCRUM TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: ASP.NET programming SQL Server Database Administration LMS: Moodle (Administrator and Developer level) XML, REST, SOA, Web Service BI Tools: Integration Services, Analysis Services, Reporting Services Agile Methodologies – SCRUM Business Process Management (BPM) Analysis Version Control with GIT MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Virtual Environment Tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar) RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop software components defined in projects to ensure alignment with established design and architectural models. Implement functionalities according to technical standards and patterns. Adapt and maintain existing code to ensure compatibility, scalability, and reusability within the institutional architecture. Analyze technical requirements derived from functional ones. Design components, data structures, and internal validations to ensure correct integration into complex solutions. Verify consistency between developed code and defined architecture to prevent adverse effects on system integrity or interoperability. Execute unit and integration tests on code to validate proper functionality before delivery to the IT Quality Analyst. Document results of internal testing and corrections performed. Ensure compliance with technical and functional acceptance criteria. Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance on existing modules. Suggest technical or functional improvements to the design to optimize the solution based on prior experience and received feedback. Optimize performance of developed software to meet established limits and standards. Provide specialized second-level technical support to resolve incidents involving code analysis or logical structure. Support technical training for users or teams. Participate in functional and technical sessions to clarify relevant details that strengthen development accuracy. Document source code, dependencies, versions, and structures to ensure maintainability and future evolution per architect guidelines. Promote continuous improvement by recording solutions, patterns, and recurring errors. Report progress status and technical incidents to keep coordinators informed and facilitate decision-making. Participate in planning meetings and sprint reviews to ensure development cycle cohesion and priority adherence. Maintain continuous communication with development cycle roles to ensure effective integration with the architect, quality analyst, and coordinator.
