Process optimization and quality control of manufactured parts **TOOLMAKING SUPERVISOR** **TECMOLD S.A.C.** A company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of metal parts is seeking a **Toolmaking Supervisor** to join our team. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate technician in Machine Tools, Production Mechanics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in machining and/or supervision of toolmaking operations. * Experience operating **CNC Lathes and CNC Machining Centers**. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Basic knowledge of **SolidWorks**. * Proficiency with measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, etc. * Leadership, organizational, and team supervision capabilities. * **Age: up to 40 years.** RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and coordinate activities within the toolmaking and machining department. * Operate and supervise work on CNC and conventional machines. * Interpret drawings and verify manufacturing specifications. * Coordinate and control machining, finishing, and basic machine maintenance tasks. * Supervise adherence to production schedules and objectives. * Verify the quality of manufactured parts and proper use of measuring instruments. * Optimize production processes and cycle times. * Coordinate activities of personnel in the toolmaking department. CONDITIONS * **Salary:** PEN 3,500 to PEN 4,000 per month, depending on experience and profile. * **Employment Type:** Full-time – On-site. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Payroll:** Formal employment registration. * **Work Location:** Calle San Ernesto, Etapa Dos N.° 6283, Urb.
