




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced accounting professional with expertise in social benefits settlement, payroll calculations, bank reconciliations, and accounting system management to support financial and tax administration. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in bank reconciliations and tax management. 2. Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel. 3. Support in filing sworn statements and electronic books. Requirements: • Graduate in Accounting. • Minimum 1 year of experience. • Knowledge of social benefits settlement and payroll calculations. • Mastery of chart of accounts and accounting entries. • Experience in bank reconciliations. • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel. Main Responsibilities: • Prepare bank reconciliations, ensuring correct preparation of corresponding supporting annexes. • Control and archive accounting and tax supporting documentation. • Prepare supporting annexes for Financial Statements (FS) at each accounting closing. • Support monthly filing of sworn statements PDT IGV and Non-Resident VAT forms. • File electronic books with SUNAT: Purchase Register, Sales Register, Daily Journal, and General Ledger. • Review and validate honorarium receipts, ensuring proper accounting classification. • Employee onboarding and offboarding. • Prepare social benefits settlements for employees. • Analyze accounts receivable and payable. • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. -Requirements- Minimum education: Technical 1 year of experience Knowledge areas: Account analysis, Bank reconciliations, Accounting, File control, Financial statements, Microsoft Excel Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, aide, accountant, payroll officer, controller, facturist, treasurer, accountant
