The opportunity for a better future is here! Requirements: Academic qualification: Completed secondary education. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions, mandatory in open-pit mining operations. Heavy machinery operation certificate. Basic MS Office proficiency. Valid A1 driver's license. Availability to work under a 10x10 work schedule. Responsibilities: Participate in the shift start meeting / virtual briefing to receive safety and operational instructions. Assess working area conditions (slopes, ridges, equipment, berms, traffic routes, power cables, loading platforms, unloading areas, etc.). Conduct pre-use equipment inspection and record findings in the control log and/or virtual report; immediately report any abnormal conditions to supervision. Precisely position the equipment at the loading area alongside assigned equipment (electric shovel, hydraulic shovel, front-end loader, etc.); remain constantly alert (maintain proper posture, wear seatbelt, hands on steering wheel, etc.) during loading to prevent accidents. Precisely position the equipment for material discharge at designated areas (dump sites, stockpiles, crushers, etc.), continuously observing surrounding conditions. Possess knowledge of and correctly operate Dispatch and GPS system displays (e.g., status updates, location tracking, etc.), as well as onboard safety systems (SAF, CAS, etc.).
