Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively manage the operations of an automotive workshop, serving customers, supervising repairs, and coordinating sales and logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages workshop operations and serves customers with automotive services. 2. Supervises repairs, coordinates parts sales and logistics. 3. Promotes professional growth and continuous training. Location: Surquillo – Inga Street 471 Starting Salary: S/ 1,500 per month Work Mode: On-site Company: Clauste Automotive Workshop Main Responsibilities: Comprehensively manage the automotive workshop's operations. Respond to customer messages and inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, and other digital channels. Provide information and quotations for maintenance and repair services. Coordinate and supervise work performed by mechanics and workshop assistants. Follow up with customers and close service sales. Organize the workshop’s appointment schedule and service planning. Supervise service quality and customer satisfaction. Coordinate parts orders and warranty tracking. Assist with social media posts and promotions. Report on customer service and sales performance. Requirements: Experience in customer service, sales, or automotive workshop administration. Basic/intermediate knowledge of automotive services. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude. Proficiency in WhatsApp, social media platforms, and basic office tools. Organized, proactive individual with leadership potential.
