We seek a talent passionate about mixology to lead our bar, ensuring every drink maintains the quality and speed that define us. **Functions and Responsibilities** Primary role involves cocktail preparation and comprehensive management of the bar area, ensuring hygiene and control. * **Cocktail Preparation:** Prepare cocktails and beverages according to house quality standards. * **Customer Service:** Provide friendly and prompt service to diners and dining-room orders. * **Area Cleaning:** Maintain hygiene, order, and deep cleaning of the bar and its tools during and at the end of each shift. * **Inventory Management:** Conduct daily stock counts and control of liquors and supplies. * **Mise en Place:** Ensure pre-shift preparation of operational supplies (ice, syrups, fruits). **Job Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of experience in similar positions. * **Education:** Completed secondary education and technical bartending knowledge (preferred). * **Key Schedule:** Availability to work **54 hours per week**. * **Gender:** **Male**. * **Age:** **20 to 40 years old**. * **Competencies:** Responsibility, honesty, speed, and teamwork. **Benefits of Working With Us** * **Compensation:** **S/ 1,300\.00 to S/ 1,400\.00**. * **Employment Type:** Enrollment in **MYPE payroll** from day one. * **Location:** Work at a central location in **Magdalena**. * **Environment:** Opportunity to work in a dynamic and pleasant environment.
