Job Summary: We are seeking an Academic Assistant to provide pedagogical and operational support, contributing to educational quality in virtual mathematics classes. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an Academic Assistant who provides pedagogical and operational support, contributing to educational quality across all levels (from early childhood through pre-university). Work Modality: 100% remote work Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * Saturdays: Day off * Sundays: 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Salary: S/ 565\.00 Benefits: Excellent work environment and growth opportunities Job Objective: Provide support to the academic team in planning, monitoring, and continuously improving virtual classes, ensuring high standards of educational quality. Requirements: * Final-year student or graduate in Education (preference for Mathematics), Engineering, Sciences, or related fields * Desired background in mathematics didactics or virtual education * Experience in tutoring, academic assistance, or coordination (preferred) * Proficiency in mathematics up to pre-university level (will be assessed) * Familiarity with virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) * Strong writing and spelling skills * Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Key Competencies: * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and effective communication * Time management and multitasking * Commitment to educational quality Main Responsibilities: * Support in designing and reviewing educational materials * Monitoring of live classes * Providing feedback to teachers alongside the academic team * Coordination of academic sessions and activities * Management of assessments, attendance, and reporting * Participation in meetings and improvement proposals Salary: Starting from S/.565\.00 per month Work Location: Remote employment
