Your Key Responsibilities: Supervise route start times (On-Time Departure) and implement contingency plans for failed routes to ensure 100% of operations commence at scheduled times. Execute and validate Same-Day Cut-off processes and cut-offs for strategic customers to guarantee adherence to deadlines defined for each operation. Responsible for operational communication with logistics partners and immediate coordination of replacements to resolve incidents and ensure service continuity. Lead the Monitoring team in real-time delivery tracking and accurate incident logging to maintain full operational traceability. Oversee the cross-docking loading process and morning cargo receipt to verify manifest accuracy and correct merchandise labeling. Analyze dispatch and partner performance indicators (KPIs), generate daily reports, and propose corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and manage performance gaps. Candidate Profile Education: Currently pursuing technical studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Skills: Fluent communication, customer orientation, proactivity, and organizational skills. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM. What We Offer You: Salary: Market-competitive.
