Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Accountant to lead client accounting and tax information, supervise a team, coordinate accounting closings, and manage audits. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for accounting and tax information of the client portfolio 2. Supervision of the team in recording and analyzing transactions 3. Coordination of accounting closings and handling of audits We are looking for (01) Assistant Accountant who can perform the following core functions: * Responsible for accounting and tax information of an assigned client portfolio. * Supervise the assigned team, ensuring proper recording and analysis of daily transactions. * Ensure accurate calculation and payment of taxes for assigned clients, as well as preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as applicable. * Coordinate accounting closings according to established procedures and schedules. * Responsible for timely delivery of financial information, tax filings, and reports requested by assigned clients. * Handle audits. Requirements * Certified Public Accountant. * Minimum three years of experience in accounting outsourcing firms. * Experience managing personnel. * Experience preparing financial reports. * Availability to work in San Isidro, Monday to Friday. Knowledge * Proficiency in accounting, tax, and labor regulations. * Knowledge of IFRS or NIIF. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Basic level of English language proficiency (minimum; preferred). Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.5,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
