Job Summary: Newrest is seeking Kitchen Assistants to support pre-preparation and preparation of dishes, including preparing sauces, side dishes, and performing mise en place in a gastronomic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in pre-preparation and preparation of dishes 2. Preparation of sauces, side dishes, and salads 3. Execution of mise en place Newrest is a multinational catering company currently operating in over 58 countries and has been present in Peru for 13 years. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations in airline catering, concessions, and remote-site services—covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality in the latter. We are currently recruiting for KITCHEN ASSISTANTS.
