Position Summary: We are seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator with proven experience in flexible packaging to strengthen productive operations by executing and supervising extrusion processes. Key role in production quality supervision and control A company in the flexible packaging sector is currently recruiting an **Extrusion Machine Operator** to strengthen its production operations. **Position Conditions:** * Work schedule: 4 days on / 3 days off * Shift: 07:00 to 07:00 * Shifts: Rotating * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one * Remuneration: Commensurate with experience (negotiable) * Additional corporate benefits * Location: Ate – Horacio Zevallos **Required Profile:** * Proven experience in extrusion processes within the flexible packaging industry * Operational knowledge of extrusion machinery * Proficiency in using measurement instruments * Profile oriented toward responsibility, commitment, and goal achievement **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate extrusion machinery according to defined technical parameters * Supervise and control the production process on-line * Validate product quality during manufacturing * Identify, report, and escalate production deviations or incidents * Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal safety regulations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.0\.10 per month Application Question(s): * To improve your job offer, please indicate your salary expectation Work Location: On-site employment
