




Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional to manage procurement, contact suppliers, negotiate, and track requirements to optimize the company's supply chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement and supply of materials and supplies 2. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers 3. Evaluate and qualify suppliers **REQUIREMENTS:** ● Technical degree, Bachelor's degree, or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● Diplomas and/or courses in Logistics Management. ● Knowledge of Logistics Management and Procurement Management. ● Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate\-Advanced) ● Experience using the STARSOFT system. ● Familiarity with management indicators. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in metal-mechanical, industrial, or construction sectors. ● Driver's license (desirable) ● Experience in ISO 9001, 45001\ management systems. ● Experience in supplier qualification. ● Skills: Leadership ability, teamwork, negotiation skills, working under pressure, responsibility, ethics, and results orientation. **FUNCTIONS:** ● Manage procurement of required products and materials for the company, including contacting suppliers and tracking requisitions issued by various departments. * Prepare purchase orders and reporting documents to optimize procurement. * Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers ● Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. * Continuously monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment. * Ensure and control proper supply of materials and supplies. * Maintain documentation records for the entire procurement process. * Keep equipment and workplace organized and report any anomalies. .
