




Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and supervise logistics activities, ensuring timely supply and operational continuity across multiple construction sites. We seek a **Logistics Coordinator** responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising logistics activities—including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and inventory control—as well as contract and supplier management. The objective is to ensure the timely supply of materials, services, and subcontractors, guaranteeing uninterrupted operations across multiple construction sites within a dynamic and demanding environment. **Responsibilities** · Supervise and optimize multi-warehouse operations. · Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies according to project schedules. · Manage and control physical and digital inventories. · Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for materials and equipment. · Supervise logistics documentation: delivery notes, purchase orders, stock cards, etc. · Manage service and subcontractor contracts—from quotation, comparative analysis against internal budgets, prior projects, and competitors—to final signing. · Identify and evaluate suppliers of materials, transportation, equipment (elevators, pumps, etc.), and specialized services. · Coordinate contracting of subcontractors for structural work, architecture, finishes, electrical, plumbing, and electromechanical installations (related to multifamily building construction). · Prepare comparative tables and unit price analyses to support investment and management decision-making. · Maintain and update a portfolio of reliable suppliers to ensure operational continuity (currently managing 4 concurrent projects). · Negotiate favorable commercial terms, pursuing optimal cost\-benefit ratios and supply continuity. · Report logistics KPIs and propose continuous process improvements. **Requirements** · Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within construction, industrial, or related sectors. · Proven supplier portfolio in the construction sector. · Knowledge of construction-site logistics, warehouse management, and service contracting. · Familiarity with inventory control systems. · ERP S10 proficiency (preferred), including Purchasing, Warehousing, and Project Management modules. · Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and logistics software knowledge. · Understanding of cost structures and unit price analysis (UPA). **Competencies** · Ability to work effectively under pressure. · Adaptability to changing environments. · Persuasion and commercial negotiation skills. · Leadership and team management capabilities. · Organization, planning, and analytical thinking. · Problem-solving ability. · Effective communication and results orientation. · Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork. **Conditions** · Location: Lima (San Borja – La Victoria) .
