




Position Summary: We are seeking a procurement intern to support the issuance of purchase orders, document management, coordination with suppliers, and order tracking, in collaboration with various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the comprehensive management of procurement and services. 2. Collaboration with key departments such as Production and Quality. 3. Opportunity for students from various related academic disciplines. We are currently recruiting personnel: Procurement Intern 1\.1\. Support in issuing purchase orders and service orders in the SIAC information system according to the requirements of the plant’s user departments. 1\.2\. Support in managing incoming documentation for purchased products or services acquired from suppliers (delivery notes, quotations, approvals) to ensure timely utilization by users. 1\.3\. Support in consolidating and delivering supporting procurement documents for goods and/or services (purchase orders, delivery notes, reports, quotations, physical invoices) to the Planning and Management Control Department to obtain prior approval (V°B°) before payment to the supplier. 1\.4\. Support in requesting raw material yield data from the Production Department, enabling estimation of required purchase quantities—based on container packing lists—in coordination with the Planning and Management Control Department. 1\.5\. Support in managing supplier advance payments and cash purchase fund requests, subject to validation by the Buyer, Plant Manager, and/or Planning and Management Control Manager. 1\.6\. Support in managing returns of non-conforming goods or products according to the rejection criteria established by the Quality Department. 1\.7\. Support in continuously monitoring automatic replenishment purchase orders or framework agreements that may be established with certain suppliers. 1\.8\. Support in coordinating with transportation service providers for the delivery of goods to the plant. **a) PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION** **EDUCATION LEVEL:** \- University graduate **PROFESSIONAL TRAINING:** \-\- Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, International Business Administrator, Logistics Administration Technician, Industrial Administration Technician, International Business Administration Technician, and/or related disciplines. **ACADEMIC DEGREE:** \- Students from SENATI and/or university **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION** 1\.
