Lead the implementation of projects and campaigns according to objectives, scope, and planning; update processes, goals, and risk management
* Identify issues in business support processes, analyze data and information to identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions aligned with organizational objectives and reality
* Define the scope and objectives of the assigned implementation, ensuring proper alignment with organizational objectives, practices, and culture.
* Develop the implementation plan in coordination with all relevant departments.
* Monitor and control the implementation plan, as well as manage risks and issues arising from execution.
* Early identification of deviations from the plan to manage them with all impacted teams.
* Manage communication regarding implementation progress at appropriate levels and forums for involved teams.
* Manage technological requirements generated as a result of the implementation scope throughout the entire requirement lifecycle.
* Lead testing and validation activities related to technological and non-technological changes resulting from the implementation.
* Analyze and update processes impacted by the implementation.
* Adhere to patient safety policies and promote compliance with Required Organizational Practices.
* Comply with the Person-Centered Care Policy or foster a person-centered care culture by delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Management
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a project, process, and improvement analyst, preferably in the healthcare sector.
* Proficiency in Bizagi, Project, and data analysis tools is desirable.
