AUTOMOTIVE WORKSHOP MANAGER
**Position Objective**
Strategically manage the company's service workshop operations, leading Workshop Managers and after-sales teams to ensure achievement of profitability, productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction, and organizational and brand-established standards.
**Requirements**
* University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum of **5 years** of managerial experience leading automotive workshop operations.
* Proven experience in **automotive sales dealerships and after-sales service operations**.
* Experience leading leadership teams (e.g., Workshop Managers, After-Sales Managers, Service Supervisors, or similar roles).
* Knowledge of after-sales management, workshop operations, warranties, spare parts, service processes, and customer service.
* Experience in budget preparation and administration, financial analysis, and cost control.
* Proficiency in after-sales and profitability management indicators (KPIs).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Valid driver's license.
Main Responsibilities
* Design and implement the operational and commercial strategy for workshops and after-sales services.
* Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of Workshop Managers, ensuring achievement of established objectives.
* Define and monitor productivity, efficiency, profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction indicators.
* Establish continuous improvement plans to enhance productivity and optimize service processes.
* Supervise compliance with quality, safety, and brand-represented guidelines and standards.
* Manage the department’s annual budget and ensure achievement of financial objectives.
* Analyze operational and financial results, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Warranty, Logistics, and Administration departments to ensure integrated operations.
* Develop strategies to increase after-sales business revenue and strengthen customer loyalty.
* Lead improvement, transformation, and expansion projects for workshop operations.
