Position Summary: COLEGIO BRITANICO TECH seeks a Head of Human Resources to lead HR functions, including recruitment, talent development, labor relations, and cultural promotion. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with labor legislation and employee well-being HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES MALE / FEMALE S/. 3,000 (Monthly) Full-time On-site COLEGIO BRITANICO TECH, a Peruvian company in the EDUCATION sector, is seeking the BEST TALENT to fill the position of HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES. REQUIREMENTS: \*Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or related fields. \*Additional certifications in Human Resources Management \*Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles; experience in the education sector is preferred \*Proficiency in Excel \*Knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection, payroll processing, labor legislation, SUNAFIL, MINTRA, PDT, PLAME, T-REGISTRO, AFP, and ESSALUD procedures; workplace climate management; and performance indicators for labor relations and organizational well-being. FUNCTIONS: Teaching Staff Recruitment: Selects teachers open to innovation, critical thinking, and digital competencies to adapt to the Blended Learning methodology. Campus Leadership Selection: Evaluates and hires Campus Directors and Academic Coordinators to lead each campus. Operational Hiring: Onboards administrative staff, psychology team members, admissions advisors, and maintenance personnel. Continuous Evaluation: Designs metrics to assess teachers’ classroom competencies and each campus’s management outcomes. Career Pathways: Establishes development plans enabling outstanding teachers to advance to roles such as Academic Coordinators, Coaches, or Campus Directors. Induction and Cross-functional Training: In partnership with Academic Management, oversees induction for new hires and logistics for continuous professional development programs. Institutional Culture: Promotes the practice of the network’s core values (innovation, diversity, ethics, teamwork) across all schools. Workplace Climate Measurement: Conducts periodic satisfaction surveys and implements action plans to maintain motivating and safe work environments. Occupational Health and Benefits: Administers social welfare programs, occupational health initiatives, and integration activities for employees and their families. \*Ensure compliance with labor legislation and manage any legal processes related to human resources. \*Develop and implement HR policies and strategies that foster a positive and productive work environment. \*Advise various departments on labor regulations and best HR practices. \*Handle and supervise SUNAFIL-related cases. \*Generate employment contracts and monitor renewals. \*Lead personnel selection, hiring, training, and development processes. \*Supervise and manage payroll processing, legal obligations (CTS, bonuses, etc.), ensuring full compliance with all social benefits. \*Maintain and update personnel documentation and employee files in an organized manner and in accordance with applicable regulations.
