Translation of business needs into functional agent-based workflows DESCRIPTION **On behalf of our client in the Banking sector**, we are looking for an **Applied AI Engineer** focused on the practical construction of solutions. The role’s objective is to lead the creation of autonomous agents and intelligent workflows through code to transform banking operations. ### **Responsibilities:** * **Agent Development:** Programming logical sequences and connecting APIs/tools to automate complex tasks. * **Security and Control:** Implementation of technical guardrails to ensure ethical and accurate responses. * **Optimization (Evals):** Building automated evaluation systems to measure and improve model quality. * **Journey Automation:** Translation of business needs into functional agent-based workflows (100% practical approach). This position is hybrid, requiring attendance three times per week. Indefinite-term contract with wellness and corporate benefits. REQUIREMENTS ### **What Are We Looking For?** * **Generative AI:** Minimum **2 years** of hands-on experience building agents and agent-based workflows. * **Prior Experience:** At least **6 years** total in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning. * **Technical Profile:** Proficiency in Python and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI). Ability to structure problems in highly uncertain environments. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
