Job Summary: Responsible for pigment preparation and mixing, production process quality control, and maintenance of the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Operate machinery for pigment preparation and mixing. 2. Monitor the production process and verify parameters. 3. Comply with quality and workplace safety standards. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Review production orders and verify required materials. * Prepare, weigh, and dose pigments, raw materials, and supplies according to established formulas. * Operate machines, equipment, and tools for pigment preparation and mixing. * Monitor the production process, verifying parameters and product characteristics. * Correctly identify and handle pigments and raw materials to avoid errors or contamination. * Record quantities used, batches, and other production process information. * Promptly report equipment failures, process deviations, or unsafe conditions. * Perform cleaning and maintain order of machines, tools, and the work area. * Comply with quality, occupational safety and health standards, and properly use PPE. * Meet production targets and perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in Industrial Production, Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Processes, Production Mechanics, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial production, manufacturing, raw material warehouse, or similar operational roles.
